Ingredients Sabudana Biscuit
- साबुदाणा / साबूदाना / Tapioca – 1 cup
- उकडलेले बटाटे / उबले आलू / Boiled Potato – 2
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
- िजरे / जीरा / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
- आमचूर / Aamchoor powder – 1/2 tsp
- िजरे / जीरा / Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- ितखट / मिर्च पपड़ी / Chili flakes – 1 tsp
- काळ मीठ / काला नमक / Pink Salt -1/4 tsp
- डाळिंब पावडर / अनार दाना पाउडर / Pomegranate powder – 1/2 tsp
- तेल / Oil – for frying
Making Sabudana Biscuit
- Grind sabudana to powder
- Take sabudana powder in a bowl, add boiled potato, salt to taste, cumin powder, Aamchoor powder, cumin seeds, chili flakes, pink salt, pomegranate powder
- Crush potatoes well, mix well and make a dough
- Take portion, roll it flat
- Now using a cookie cutter of your desired shape
- Heat oil fry sabudana biscuit till golden, turn occasionally
- Ready to serve!

- लाल िमरची / लाल िमर्च / Red dry chili – 4-5
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
- िजरे / जीरा / Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 tsp
- काजू / Cashew – 2 tbsp
- दही / Curd – 1 cup
Making Chutney
- Grind chili, salt to taste, cumin powder, sugar, cashew and curd all together
- Make fine puree,
- Chutney is ready!
