Ingredients Sabudana Biscuit

  • साबुदाणा / साबूदाना / Tapioca – 1 cup
  • उकडलेले बटाटे / उबले आलू / Boiled Potato – 2
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
  • िजरे / जीरा / Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  • आमचूर / Aamchoor powder – 1/2 tsp
  • िजरे / जीरा / Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • ितखट / मिर्च पपड़ी / Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  • काळ मीठ / काला नमक / Pink Salt -1/4 tsp
  • डाळिंब पावडर / अनार दाना पाउडर / Pomegranate powder – 1/2 tsp
  • तेल / Oil – for frying

Making Sabudana Biscuit

  1. Grind sabudana to powder
  2. Take sabudana powder in a bowl, add boiled potato, salt to taste, cumin powder, Aamchoor powder, cumin seeds, chili flakes, pink salt, pomegranate powder
  3. Crush potatoes well, mix well and make a dough
  4. Take portion, roll it flat
  5. Now using a cookie cutter of your desired shape
  6. Heat oil fry sabudana biscuit till golden, turn occasionally
  7. Ready to serve!

Ingredients Chutney

  • लाल िमरची / लाल िमर्च / Red dry chili – 4-5
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
  • िजरे / जीरा / Cumin powder- 1 tsp
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 tsp
  • काजू / Cashew – 2 tbsp
  • दही / Curd – 1 cup

Making Chutney

  1. Grind chili, salt to taste, cumin powder, sugar, cashew and curd all together
  2. Make fine puree,
  3. Chutney is ready!

Tips

  • Airfry is an alternative to deep oil frying

  • Serve hot with chutney
