Ingredients Chicken filling
- कोंबडी / मुर्गी / Chicken boneless- 500 grams
- तेल / Oil – 2 tbsp
- िजरे / जीरा / Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 3-4
- अद्रक / अदरक / Ginger – 1 tsp
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion – 1
- गाजर / Carrot – 1
- मटार / मटर / Green peas – 2 tbsp
- िहरवा कांदा / हरा प्याज / Green onion – 1 tbsp
- ितखट / लाल िमर्च / Chili powder – 2 tsp
- हळद / हल्दी / Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
- िजरे / जीरा / Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- िलम्बू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- कोथंबीर / धिनया पत्ता / Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Making fillings
- Clean and wash boneless chicken, grind to mince it throughly, set aside
- Now in a pan, add oil
- Add cumin seeds, saute for 20 sec
- Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, mix well, saute for 20 sec
- Add finely chopped onion, mix well, cook till onion is soft
- Add grated carrot, green peas, mix well, cook till peas are done
- Add green onion, saute for 1 min
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, mix well
- Add minced chicken, mix well
- Add salt to taste, mix wel
- Cook chicken till its done, break all lumps, turn off heat, transfer to a bowl
- Add coriander leaves, mix well, let it cool down completely
- Filling is ready
Ingredients Chutney
- Green Chili – 4-5/ िहरवी िमरची / हरी िमर्च
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 2
- िजरे / जीरा / Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- कोथंबीर / धिनया पत्ता / Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
- दही / Curd – 1/2 cup
Making Chutney
- Add green chilis, garlic, roasted cumin powder to a grinder
- Add coriander leaves,
- Add salt to taste
- Add curd, grind it all together to fine puree
- Fresh green chili chutney is ready!
Ingredients Paratha
- गहु पीठ / गेहू आटा / Wheat flour – 2 cups
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – a pinch
- तेल / Oil – 2 tsp
- Minced cooked chicken
Making Paratha
- In a bowl take wheat flour
- Add salt to taste
- Add oil, mix well, break all lumps
- Now add little water at a time, to make soft dough
- Set aside for 10-15 min
- Now take portion, roll in palms and give it bowl shape
- Add 2-3 spoons of fillings, seal the fillings properly
- Now dust the platform with dry flour
- Roll paratha flat, dust as needed
- now heat tava, butter it, and place paratha on tava
- Now bake both sides, butter both sides to get crispy paratha
- Paratha is ready to serve
Tips
- Stuffing is enough to make 10 parathas
- Mince chicken well, avoid pieces
- Scramble chicken while cooking to aoid large pieces
- Butter both sides while baking to get crisp paratha
