Ingredients
- गवार / ग्वार / cluster beans – 250 gm
- शेंगदाने/ मूंगफल्ली/ Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- मिर्ची / Green Chili 7-8
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 6- 7 cloves
- जीर / जीरा / Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- कोथंबीर / धनिया / Coriander
- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
- मोहरी / राई / Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
- हळद / हल्दी / Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
Instructions
- Make cluster beans ready by removinf all stems and breaking it in to small pieses
- Roast peanuts till crunchy
- Roast green chilies till remove rawness of chilli
- Grind garlic, green chili, roasted peanuts, coriander, cumin seeds together, add little water if needed to get fine masala paste
- Now take a pressure cooker and heat on medium, add oil
- Once oil heats add mustard seeds and let it pop
- Add masala paste roast nicely on medium heat
- Add turmeric, mix well
- Add salt to taste, mix well
- Add cluster beans mix well and water 1-2 cups, adjust to your liking, mix well
- Close pressure cooker lid and cook for 2 whistle on medium
- Tasty gavar beans curry is ready!
Tips
- Grind masala paste fine, it gives gravy nice thick consistency
- Adjust water level to get gravy thickness to your linking

- Serve with Bhakari, Chapati,Rice
