IngredientsRabadi

  • केसर / Kesar – a pinch
  • दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 4 tbsp
  • मैदा / White flour – 2 tbsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1.2 ltr
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup
  • वेलदोडा / इलायची / Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  • िमश्र भाजलेले मेवा / िमश्र भुना हुआ मेवा / Roasted mixed nuts – 2 tbsp

InstructionsRabadi

  1. Add 2 tbsp warm milk to kesar, mix well, set aside
  2. Now take milk powder in a bowl, add white flour, add 1/4 cup milk, mix well, avoid all lumps, set aside
  3. Take pan, add a splash of water, Add 1 liter milk, bring to boil
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir occasionally, move the cream to sides
  5. Cook for 15 min on low heat
  6. Add milk powder mix, mix well, avoid lumps
  7. Add condensed milk, mix well
  8. Scrape sides and mix well
  9. Add cardamom powder, mix well
  10. Rabadi is ready, refrigerate

Tips

  1. Adding a splash of water to pan before milk,
  2. prevents milk sticking at bottom while cooking
  3. You can add up to 1/2 cup condensed milk for more sweetness
  4. Store in refrigerator for 2-3 days
  5. Serve chilled
