Ingredients

  • ग्रॅहम क्रकेर बिस्कुट / Graham Cracker Pack (120 gm each) – 2
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk – 1 cup
  • Almonds – 2 tbsp
  • बदाम / बादाम / Almonds – 2 tbsp
  • कोको / Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
  • चॉकोलेट / Chocolate
  • वेजिटेबल तेल / Vegetable Oil – 1/2 tbsp

Making Chocolate Truffle

  1. Grind Graham cracker to powder
  2. Set aside 1/4 graham cracker powder to make chocolate truffle
  3. Take 3/4 graham cracker powder, add 1/2 cup condensed milk, mix well, make dough
  4. Wrap white dough in plastic wrapper and set aside for 20 min
  5. Roast almonds until crunchy, chop fine
  6. Now take remaining 1/4 graham cracker powder, add cocoa powder, 2 tbsp chopped almonds, mix well
  7. Add 4 tbsp condensed milk, mix well, make a dough
  8. Wrap chocolate dough in plastic wrapper and set aside for 20 min
  9. Now take the white dough, remove plastic wrap, take 1 tbsp spoon make spoon-full portions
  10. Take chocolate dough, remove plastic wrap, take 1 tsp spoon, make spoon-full portions
  11. Roll chocolate pieces rounds and set aside
  12. Take white chocolate piece, make it flat round and wrap chocolate round with white truffle. roll in palms to smooth rounds, repeat for all. refrigerate for 20-30 min
  13. Melt chocolate using double boiler method, add 1/2 tbsp oil, mix well
  14. Poke a stick to truffle round, and dip in melted chocolate, coat truffle with chocolate, rotate to coat it evenly from all sides
  15. Refrigerate coated truffles for 1 hour
  16. Now prepare a piping bag with melted chocolate, and design truffles as per your liking
  17. Ready to Serve, Enjoy!

Tips

  • Use any tea biscuits as alternative to graham cracker
  • If youd like increase sweetness by adding 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • You can use white chocolate for decoration
  • Store in cool dry place
