Chocolate Ice-cream recipe

Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream

  • दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 1/4 cup
  • पीठी साखर / शक्कर / Powdered Sugar -1/4 cup
  • कॉर्न स्टार्च / Corn starch – 1 tbsp
  • कोको/ Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup
  • दूध / Milk – 1 cup
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk -1/4 cup
  • Melted chocolate


  1. In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, powdered sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder, add little milk and whisk to make it smooth paste
  2. Cook this mixture on low heat till it thickens, turn off heat and let it cool down completely
  3. Take another bowl, add heavy cream , whip till it becomes light and fluffy
  4. Add condense milk, whip to mix
  5. Add chocolate mix, mix and whip again
  6. Transfer to a bowl, pour few spoons of melted chocolate, spread chocolate to create nice design
  7. Freeze ice-cream for 7-8 hours
  8. Flavorful chocolate icecream is ready

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!
  2. You could top the ice-cream with some chocolate syrup


  1. If you like add choclate chunks to icecream
  2. You can also add melted chocolate to get added flavor
  3. Decorate with chocolate syrup
  4. Refrigerating in airtight container prevents ice crystals
