Ingredients Crispy Chicken
- कोंबडी / मुर्गी / Chicken boneless- 1 kg
- तिखट / लाल मिर्च/ Chili powder – 2 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1tsp
- गरम मसाला / Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- जिरे / जीरा / Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic grated – 1 tsp
- अद्रक / अदरक / Ginger grated – 1 tsp
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- कॉर्न स्टार्च / Corn starch – 2 tbsp
- तांदळाचे पीठ / चावलं का आटा / Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- अंड / अंडा / Egg – 1
- तेल / Oil for frying
Instructions – Crispy chicken
- Clean and slice boneless chicken to small pieces
- Add chili powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, grated garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, corn starch, rice flour, egg, mix well
- Heat oil on med heat, drop chicken pieces, fry till crispy,
- Set aside fried chicken

- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
- हिरवी मिरची / हरी मिर्च / Green Chili slit – 5-6
- कढीपत्ता / Curry leaves – 12-15
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 5-6

- Heat a pan on med, add oil
- Add slit green chili, saute for 30 sec
- Add curry leaves, saute for 30 sec
- Add chopped garlic, saute for 30 sec
- Add fried chicken, mix, saute on high heat till crispy
- Ready to serve, enjoy spicy crispy chicken 65

Tips
- For extra crispiness add 1 more tsp corn starch
- You can use kashmiri red chili powder or red food color
- Fry on medium heat to get even cook
