Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream

  • आंबा / आम / Mango – 2-3
  • दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 1/4 cup
  • कॉर्न स्टार्च / Corn starch – 1 tbsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1 cup
  • पीठी साखर / शक्कर / Powdered Sugar -1/4 cup
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk -1/4 cup
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • खाण्याचे रंग / Kesar Food color (optional)


  1. Peel ripped mangos, cut in small pieces, discard seeds
  2. Grind mangos to fine puree, set aside
  3. In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, corn starch, add little milk and whisk to make it smooth paste,
  4. Add remaining milk and mix well
  5. Add powdered sugar, mix well
  6. Heat a pan open low heat, cook the mixture till it thickens, stir continuously to avoid lumps
  7. Once the mixture thickens, turn off heat, transfer to mixing bowl for cooling
  8. Now add mango puree to cooled milk mixture, mix well, set aside
  9. Take another bowl, add heavy cream , whip till it becomes light and fluffy
  10. Add mango mixture, whip again to till light and fluffy
  11. Add kesar color to get additional mango color, this is an optional step
  12. Mango Ice-cream is ready to freeze
  13. Freeze ice-cream for 7-8 hours in air tight container
  14. Refreshing divine Mango Ice-cream is ready!

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!
  2. You could top the ice-cream with some ripe mango pieces to extra flavors


  1. Whipping machine can save you some time
  2. Use super chilled bowl and heavy cream to reduce whipping time and efforts
  3. As per choice, add more condensed milk to increase sweetness
