Ingredients
- बदाम / बादाम / Almonds – 2 tbsp
- अक्रोड / अखरोट / Walnut – 2 tbsp
- काजू / Cashew – 2 tbsp
- िपस्ता / Pistachios – 1 tbsp
- खजूर / Dates (seedless) – 1/4 cup
- दूध / Milk – 3 cups
Instruction
- Grind almond, walnut, cashew, pistachios dates to fine powder
- Add 1/4 cup milk to help with grinding fine paste
- Add remaining milk, grind again to mix well
- Healthy sugar free dry fruit shake is ready!
