Ingredients – Sampras

  • आंबे / आम / Mango Ripe – 5-6
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar powdered – 1/4 cup

Instruction – Mango Puree

  1. Peel Mango and cut in to small pieces, discard mango seed
  2. Add to grinder
  3. Add sugar, adjust sugar quantity as per mango taste
  4. Grind to fine puree
  5. Simple quick Aamras is ready!

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!
  2. Serve fresh


  1. Sugar level can be adjusted as per mango sweetness
  2. Store in refrigerator
  3. Consume within 2-3, aamras can turn little black if kept at room temperature for long
