Ingredients – Sampras
- आंबे / आम / Mango Ripe – 5-6
- साखर / शक्कर / Sugar powdered – 1/4 cup
Instruction – Mango Puree
- Peel Mango and cut in to small pieces, discard mango seed
- Add to grinder
- Add sugar, adjust sugar quantity as per mango taste
- Grind to fine puree
- Simple quick Aamras is ready!
How to serve
- Serve chilled!
- Serve fresh
- Sugar level can be adjusted as per mango sweetness
- Store in refrigerator
- Consume within 2-3, aamras can turn little black if kept at room temperature for long
