Ingredients

  • बदाम / बादाम / Almonds – 2 tbsp
  • अक्रोड / अखरोट / Walnut – 2 tbsp
  • काजू / Cashew – 2 tbsp
  • िपस्ता / Pistachios – 1 tbsp
  • खजूर / Dates (seedless) – 1/4 cup
  • दूध / Milk – 3 cups

Instruction

  1. Grind almond, walnut, cashew, pistachios dates to fine powder
  2. Add 1/4 cup milk to help with grinding fine paste
  3. Add remaining milk, grind again to mix well
  4. Healthy sugar free dry fruit shake is ready!

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!
  2. Serve fresh

Tips

  1. Make fine paste to smooth shake texture
  2. This is also be a fasting recipe
  3. Use cold milk or add ice before serving to enjoy cool drink
  4. No need of additional sugar for this shake
