Ingredients
- कैरी/ कच्चा आम/ Raw Mango – 1 large
- साखर/ शक्कर/ Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
- मीठ/ नमक/ Salt – to taste
- तूप / घी / Ghee
- जीरे / जीरा / Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- गहु पीठ / गेहू आटा / Wheat flour – 1 tsp
- मीरे पूड / काली िमर्च / Black peppers – 1/4 tsp
- पुदीना / Mint leaves – for decoration
Making Panha
- Take a large raw mango
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles, until soft and let cool down till warm
- Extract pulp from the seed and the skin
- Grind pulp with sugar and little salt to fine paste
- Heat a pan on med, add ghee
- Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds, wheat flour, saute for 30 sec
- Add pureed pulp, mix well
- Add 1-2 cup water to get desired consistency
- Simmer for 2-3 min, stir occasionally
- turn off heat, let it cool down
- Refrigerate before serving, or add ice before serving

Tips
- Adjust pressure cooker whistles as per mago type
- Jaggery(grated – 6 tbsp) is an alternative to sugar
- Chilled panha / panna taste more flavorful and soothing
- Sure to quench your thirst and cool you down
