Ingredients Kabab

  • सोयाबीन वडी / Soya chunks – 2 cups
  • डाळ्या / Daria split – 1/4 cup
  • िमरची / Green Chili – 4-5
  • लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • अदरक / Ginger – 1 inch
  • कांदा / प्याज / Onion – 1
  • कोथंबीर /धिनया / Coriander – 2-3
  • पुदीना / Mint leaves – 8-10
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
  • गरम मसाला / Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • धने / धिनया / Coriander seed powder – 2 tsp
  • जीरेपूड / जीरा / Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • चाट मसाला / Chaat masala- 1 tsp
  • ितखट / लाल िमर्च / Chili powder – 3 tsp
  • िलम्बू / नींबू / Lime juice – 2 tsp
  • कोथंबीर / धिनया / Coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
  • तूप / घी / Ghee – 2 tbsp

Making Kabab

  1. Boil water, add soya chunks, stir well, cook till soya chunks are soft
  2. Once cooked strain soya chunks, let it cool down, then remove excess water and set aside
  3. Grind dalya / daria splits to make powder and set aside
  4. Now grind chili, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, mint leaves together, make fine pase
  5. Also grind soya chunks to paste
  6. Add grind chili-garlic paste to soya paste
  7. Add salt, Garam Masala, coriander seed powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, chili powder, lime juice, chopped coriander, corn starch, mix well
  8. Add ghee and mix well
  9. Now take a handful of portion, make a cylinder shape around a stick(seekh)
  10. Repeat for remaining kababs
  11. Now heat a flat tava on medium, grease with little ghee
  12. Place kababs on tava, bake from all side till golden
  13. Yummy protein rich soya kababs are ready

Ingredients Green chutney

  • िमरची / Green Chili – 5/6
  • पुदीना / Mint leaves – 10-12 leaves
  • कोथंबीर /धिनया / Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
  • लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 2
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • जीरेपूड / जीरा / Cumin powder – 1tsp
  • िलम्बू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
  • फिक्के शेव / सेव / Non Spicy Sev – 2 tbsp
  • दही / Curd – 1/4 cup

Making Green chutney

  1. Grind chili, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, salt cumin powder, lime juice, not-spicy sev together. Make fine paste
  2. Add curd and grind to make fine puree
  3. Spicy flavorful green chutney is ready

Tips

  1. Left over rice works as goos for this recipe.
  2. Air fry for 12-15 min on 375 F / 190 C for healthier option

How to serve

  1. Serve hot
  2. Serve with ketchup, chutney or green peas curry
