Butter garlic Salmon | Grilled Fish with mashed potatoes

Ingredients – Mashed potatoes

  • बटाटा / आलू / Potato – 2
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
  • दूध / Milk – 1/4 cup
  • बटर / Butter – 1 tbsp
  • मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/2 tsp
  • लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Basil leaves

Marinating Mashed potatoes

  1. Wash and peal potatoes, cut in small pieces
  2. Not heat water in a pot, add cut potatoes pieces, salt to taste
  3. Boil potatoes in water till cooked
  4. Once cooked strain out potatoes from water
  5. Mash the potatoes completely
  6. Add pepper powder, lime juice mix well
  7. Now mix milk, and butter in a bowl, pour the mix in mashed potatoes, mix in batches
  8. Garish with chopped coriander leaves
  9. Yummy creamy mashed potatoes are ready!

Ingredients – Grilled Fish

  • Salmon Fish – 4-5 portions
  • बटर / Butter – 2 tbsp
  • अदरक / Ginger (grated) – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon zest (grated) – 1/2 tsp
  • लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic (grated) – 1 tsp
  • मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/4 tsp
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste

Making Grilled fish

  1. Scale fish fillet, remove all bones
  2. In a bowl, take butter, add ginger, chili, garlic, and black pepper, sat to taste, mix well
  3. Pour this marination mix on fish, rub all over fish, set aside for 20 min
  4. Now heat a pan on med, add fish for baking, cook till all sides are done to your liking
  5. Turn occasionally to get even cook
  6. Grilled fish is ready!

How to serve

  1. Serve hot
  2. Server fish with mashed potatoes
