Ingredients – Mashed potatoes
- बटाटा / आलू / Potato – 2
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- दूध / Milk – 1/4 cup
- बटर / Butter – 1 tbsp
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/2 tsp
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Basil leaves
Marinating Mashed potatoes
- Wash and peal potatoes, cut in small pieces
- Not heat water in a pot, add cut potatoes pieces, salt to taste
- Boil potatoes in water till cooked
- Once cooked strain out potatoes from water
- Mash the potatoes completely
- Add pepper powder, lime juice mix well
- Now mix milk, and butter in a bowl, pour the mix in mashed potatoes, mix in batches
- Garish with chopped coriander leaves
- Yummy creamy mashed potatoes are ready!
Ingredients – Grilled Fish
- Salmon Fish – 4-5 portions
- बटर / Butter – 2 tbsp
- अदरक / Ginger (grated) – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon zest (grated) – 1/2 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic (grated) – 1 tsp
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
Making Grilled fish
- Scale fish fillet, remove all bones
- In a bowl, take butter, add ginger, chili, garlic, and black pepper, sat to taste, mix well
- Pour this marination mix on fish, rub all over fish, set aside for 20 min
- Now heat a pan on med, add fish for baking, cook till all sides are done to your liking
- Turn occasionally to get even cook
- Grilled fish is ready!
