Ingredients – Cake

  • मैदा / Maida / White flour – 2 cup
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • बेकिंग सोडा / Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
  • बेकिंग पाउडर / Baking Powder – 2 tsp
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 cup
  • दही / Curd – 1 cup
  • तेल / Oil – 4 tbsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1/2 cup

Making Cake

Preparing Cake batter

  1. Sieve flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together and mix well, keep aside
  2. In another bowl take soft butter whisk butter for a minute, add sugar little at time whisk both together for 1-2 min, add curd whisk then add oil and whisk again until all ingredient incorporate together
  3. Now add flour in 3-4 batches, use fold and mix method to incorporate dry and wet ingredients together
  4. Add milk to mixture little at time and whisk so that all ingredient mix properly
  5. Cake batter is ready
  6. Take 8 inch square metal cake tin, grease with butter and place parchment paper at the bottom to avoid sticking the cake at bottom
  7. Pour batter to cake tin, spread evenly, tap cake tin to remove air bubbles
  8. Preheat oven on 340 degree Fahrenheit/ 180 degree celsius
  9. Bake cake for 40-45 min
  10. Check cake by inserting toothpick in cake, remove cake tin, let it cool for 5 min
  11. Demold cake, remove parchment pepper and let it cool completely on wire rack
  12. Once cool down cut dried side(edges) of cake

Ingredients – Strawberry milk

  • strawberry extract – 1/4 tsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1/2 cup
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 tbsp

Instruction – Strawberry milk

  1. Take Mixing bowl add milk, sugar and strawberry extract mix well
  2. Strawberry milk is ready keep a side

Ingredient – Pink Chocolate Flakes

  • White Chocolate – 1/2 cup
  • Red food color – few drops

Pink Chocolate Flakes

  1. Take mixing bowl add chocolate, microwave for 30 sec mix well
  2. Now add 2-3 drops of red food color, mix well and pour pink chocolate mix in any silicon mold keep in refrigerate for 15-20 min
  3. Remove solid pink chocolate block from mold
  4. Now scrape chocolate by using grater or scraper and collect all pink flakes on plate and refrigarate

Ingredients – Pink fresh cream icing

  • White Chocolate Chips – 1/2 cup
  • Heavy fresh cream – 3/4 cup
  • Red gel food color- few drops

Pink fresh cream icing

  1. In bowl add white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup hot heavy cream mix well, until chocolate chips melts
  2. Now add 2-3 drops of red food color(good quality food color), mix well
  3. Now add 1/2 cup of cold heavy cream/ fresh cream mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour before using
  4. After 1-2 hours whip mix using electric whisker, start with low speed once its thicken increase speed add sugar little at time in between till it becomes light and hard peak forms
  5. Pink fresh icing is ready

Ingredients – White Chocolate heart

  • White Chocolate chips – 1/2 cup

White chocolate heart

  1. In mixing bowl add white chocolate microwave them for 30 sec, mix well to dissolve chocolate completely, repeat microwave for 30 sec if needed
  2. Now make small cone out of parchment paper add melted white chocolate, place parchment paper on plate or tray and make hearts
  3. Refrigerate white chocolate heart for 10-15 min
  4. Chocolate hearts are ready

Cake Pastry Assembly

  1. Keep cake board or plate on surface, apply some ganache on middle
  2. Slice cake in two section, keep upper slice a side
  3. Place lower slice of cake on board, pour some strawberry milk with spoon/brush on all over first cake layer
  4. Spread some strawberry jam all over cake layer
  5. Fill piping bag with fresh pink icing, Apply icing on cake by using piping bag, spread evenly
  6. Place second layer of cake on top of that and repeat all steps
  7. Pour some strawberry milk, and apply a layer of strawberry jam
  8. Apply pink icing on top of cake, make sides and top smooth by using cake spatula
  9. refrigerate cake for 30 min, now cut cake in pastry pieces 2 by 3 or 3 by 3
  10. Sprinkle pink chocolate flakes on top of all slices
  11. Decorate with white chocolate hearts


  1. Chilled heavy cream is important to get perfect whipped icing
  2. Refrigerate icing and cake if icing is runny
  3. Seiving dry ingredients is important to get spongy cake
  4. Perfect for birthday parties, anniversary, celebrations

How to serve

  1. Keep cake refrigerated for best taste
