Ingredients – Tomato Toppings
- टमाटर / Tomato (fine chopped) – 2-3
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic (grated)- 1/2 tsp
- Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Oregano seasoning – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- तेल / Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
- Fresh Basil (fine chopped) – 1 tbsp
Making Tomato toppings
- Take mixing bowl, add chopped tomatoes, grated garlic, chili flakes, oregano seasoning, salt to taste, lime juice, fresh cut basil leaves, oil, mix all together
- Tomato toppings are ready, set aside
Ingredients Cheese Spread
- पनीर / Cottage Cheese – 2 tbsp
- Sour cream (optional) – 1 tbsp
- Ricotta cheese – 1 tbsp
Making Cheese spread
- Take a small bowl, add cottage cheese / crumbled paneer
- Add sour cream, ricotta cheese, mix well
- Cheese spread is ready!
Ingredients – Avocado Toppings
- अवोकाडो / Avocado – 1
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion (chopped) – 1 /4 cup
- Coriander (fine chopped) – 1 tbsp
- मिरची / Green Chili(fine chopped)-1 tsp
- टमाटर / Tomato (fine chopped) – 1 tbsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- Olive तेल / Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
Making Avocado toppings
- Peel and cut a medium ripe avocado, add to mixing bowl
- Add chopped onion, coriander, green chili, tomatoes, salt to taste add olive oil, lime juice, mix well
- Avocado toppings is ready! Set aside
Ingredients – Chicken Toppings
- चिकन / Chicken boneless – 200 gms
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च/ Black peppers powder – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion chopped – 1/4 cup
- पालक / Spinach (finely chopped)-1/2 cup
- Lettuce (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Sweet Onion Sauce – 1 tbsp
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/2 tsp
- Ranch – 1 tbsp
Making Chicken toppings
- Wash and clean boneless chicken, cut in to think slices
- Transfer to mixing bowl, add pepper powder, salt to taste, lime juice, mix well, set aside for 15 min
- Heat oil on medium, add sliced chicken, cook chicken on both sides, once cooked let it cool down
- Cut cooled chicken in small pieces, transfer to a mixing bowl
- Add chopped onion, spinach, lettuce, mayonnaise, sweet onion sauce, pepper powder, ranch, mix well
- Chicken topping is ready! set aside
Ingredients Bruschetta base
- French Bougette
- Olive तेल / Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic (grated)- 1 tsp
Making Bruschetta
- Take baguette, slice in to about half inch thick slices
- Now take small bowl, add olive oil and grated garlic, mix well,
- Apply olive oil over bread slices on both sides
- Pan bake: Transfer the bread slices to pan, bake on medium heat until crisp on both sides
- Oven bake: Oven bake bread slices on 400 F / 200 C for 5 min turn half way though
- Take baked bread slice, add 2-3 tsp toppings of your liking, spread and enjoy tasty crispy bites
Tips
- Juicy vine sweet tomatos are best suited for this recipe
- Choose perfectly ripen avocado to get chunks
- Don’t overcook chicken to keep it juicy
- Add toppings just before serving to keep bread crisp
