Ingredients – Tomato Soup
- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic cut – 2-3
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion chopped – 1
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- मटर / Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- Water – 3 cups
- Broccoli florets small – 3 cups
- बटर / Butter – 2 tbsp
- मैदा / White flour – 1 tbsp
- दूध / Milk – 1 cup
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Black peppers – 1/2 tsp
Making Soup
- Heat a pan on med, add 1 tbsp oil
- Add chopped garlic, sauté for 30 sec
- Add chopped onion, sauté till it is soft
- Add salt to taste, add green peas, mix well
- Add 3 cups of water, bring it boil
- Add broccoli florets, mix well, cover and cook till broccoli is soft, turn off heat
- Let it cool down, strain out the water, now grind the broccoli to fine puree
- Now heat a pan on med, add 1 tbsp butter, add white flour, mix well, roast till light brown
- Add little milk at a time, and mix well avoid lumps, make puree
- Add broccoli puree, mix well
- Add black pepper powder, mix well, cook for 2 min
- Add 1 tbsp butter, mix well
- Creamy broccoli soup is ready!
