Ingredients – Coconut Laddu
- तूप / घी / Ghee – 2 tsp
- दूध पावडर / Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
- दूध / Milk – 1/4 cup
- बदाम / Almonds crushed – 2 tbsp
- खोब्र/ नािरयल/ Fresh coconut grated- 1 cup
- गुड़ / Jaggery crushed – 1/2 cup
- इलायची / Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- जायफळ / Nutmeg – a pinch
- Dry coconut powder – 1/4 cup
Preparing – Coconut Laddu
- Heat pan on medium Add one tsp ghee and milk powder, sauté for 1 min
- Add milk mix together and cook until mixture thicken, mawa is ready, keep it side
- Now in pan add tiny amount of ghee and crushed almond roast them until crunchy, keep it side
- Now in pan add 1 tsp ghee and coconut sauté for 1 min on low then add jaggery sauté and cook util jaggery melts completely, add cardamom and nutmeg powder mix well, turn off heat
- Add Mawa and mix everything together, remove in bowl and let it cool down
- Take small amount of mixture roll in palms and make round
- Place this round in dry desiccated coconut, roll and lightly cover with coconut powder
- Coconut mawa laddu is ready
Ingredients – Peanut laddu
- शेंगदाने / मूंगफल्ली / Peanuts – 1 cup
- गुड़ / Jaggery crushed – 1/3 cup
Preparing Peanut laddu
- Heat pan on medium Add one cup peanut and roast them until crunchy, Once done turn off heat and cool them
- Take mixing jar add peanuts with skin on and grated jaggery, grind to fine powder
- Remove peanut powder in bowl
- Take small portion of mixture and make tight round by pressing and rolling in palms
- Peanut laddu is ready
Tips
- You can use almonds, cashew, peanuts as mixed nuts
- Dry coconut can also be used for coconut laddus
- Completely roast peanuts on medium for best taste
- Roasted Almonds can also be used with peanuts
