Ingredients – Pizza Dough
- मैदा / Maida flour – 2 cup
- Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
- Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/2 tsp
- साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 tbsp
- दही / Curd – 1/4 cup
Making Pizza Dough
- Take mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar, mix dry ingredient together
- Add curd, mix and knead soft dough using little water at time
- Knead dough throughly for 5-7 min in bowl or on flat surface, and make smooth
- Keep dough in bowl, cover and keep it in warm place for 1-2 hours
Ingredients – Topping
- पनीर / Paneer small pieces – 15
- दही / Curd – 2 tsp
- बेसन / Gram flour – 1 tsp
- तिखट/ लाल मिर्च / Chili powder – 1tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- अदरक / Ginger paste – 1/4 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
- कसूरी मेथी / Dry methi leaves – 1/4 tsp
- लिम्बु / नींबू / Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
- तेल / Oil – few drops
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion square pieces – 1/2
- शिमला मिर्च/ Green Pepper – 1/4 cup
Making – Topping
- Take paneer pieces in a mixing bowl, add curd, gram flour, chili powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, dry methi leaves (kasoori methi), lime juice, mix everything together
- Heat pan on medium, add few drops of oil, add marinated paneer pieces, fry them on all sides for 1-2 min, remove paneer pieces, set aside
- Add few more drops of oil to the pan, add onion, green peppers, sauté then till onion and peppers are half cooked, set aside
Ingredients – Pizza Sauce
- Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
- Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Instruction – Pizza sauce
- Take a mixing bowl, add chili sauce, ketchup, chili flakes, and oregano, mix well. Instant pizza sauce is ready
Ingredients – Pizza
- Mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup
- Pizza sauce – 4-5 tsp
- Paneer tikka pieces – 7-8
- Onion, green pepper Toppings
Making Pizza
- Take large pan, grease it lightly
- Take half of dough, flatten and spread it evenly in pan using your fingers. poke holes at several places using a fork
- Place pan on low heat, bake one side for 1-2 min, flip the pizza base.
- Now apply pizza sauce on base, spread it evenly
- Put mozzarella cheese evenly on base
- Now place toppings onion and green peppers, paneer tikka on pizza
- Cover and bake pizza on low for 8-10 min.
- Once done, turn off heat and remove lid, cut in desired piece size
- Enjoy Paneer tikka pizza

Tips
- Dough is enough to make 2 medium pizzas
- Adjust sauce quantity to your liking
- Bake on low to desired bake level such as soft, well done
- You can add other veggies to pizza,just bake lightly before adding to pizza
