Ingredients – Crispy fish
- Tilapia Fish small pieces – 300 gms
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- अदरक / Ginger paste – 1/4 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- तिखट / लाल मिर्च/ Chili powder- 1 tsp
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- अंड / अंडा / Egg – 1
- Corn starch – 1/2 cup
- तिखट / लाल मिर्च / Chili powder- 1 tsp
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च /Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Making – Crispy Fish
- Take fish pieces in mixing bowl, add garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, chili powder, lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well and marinate fish for 10 min
- In bowl take 1 egg, whisk well
- Add cornstarch, mix well and little water to make thick slurry
- Add chili powder, salt and pepper powder in slurry and mix everything together
- Add slurry to marinated fish, mix well to coat fish with slurry mix
- Heat oil on medium for frying
- Fry fish pieces on medium heat till crispy and golden
Ingredients – Chili Fish
- तेल / Oil – 2 tbsp
- अदरक / Ginger fine chopped – 1 tsp
- लसुन/ लेहसुन/ Garlic fine chopped- 1 tsp
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion square cut- 1
- Chili flakes – 2 tsp
- कांदा पाथ/ प्याज/ Green Onion- 1/4 cup
- शिमला मिर्च/ Green Pepper – 1/4 cup
- Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- Corn starch -1 tsp, mixed in Water – 1/4 cup
- Fried fish
Making – Chili Fish
- Take a pan, add oil, heat on medium
- Add ginger, garlic paste, onion, sauté till onion are cooked
- Add chili flakes, sauté well
- Add green onion, green pepper, sauté till green pepper are cooked to desired softness level
- Add soy sauce, salt mix well.
- Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup, make slurry, add to the pan, mix well
- Add fried fish pieces to the pan, mix well
- Chili fish is ready!

- Serve hot!

- Tilapia fish is best suited for this recipe
- Boneless fish is best suited
- Cook oinon and other veggies to desired tenderness
