Pancakes | Eggless Fluffy Oats Pancakes

Ingredients – Pancake batter

  • दही / Curd – 1/4 cup
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • तेल / Vegetable Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Oats powder – 1/2 cup
  • मैदा / Maida flour – 1/2 cup
  • गहु पीठ/ गेहू आटा/ Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder- 2 tsp
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence -1 tsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

Preparing Pancake batter

  1. Take mixing bowl, add curd, whisk to make it smooth
  2. Add sugar to the bowl, whisk to dissolve sugar
  3. Add oil, whisk to mix everything together
  4. Sieve oats powder, maida flour, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and add to the bowl
  5. Mix everything together
  6. Add little milk at a time to the flour mix to get pouring consistency
  7. Add vanilla essence, mix well, white pancake batter is ready!
  8. Take 1/4 of the batter in another bowl, add cocoa powder, mix well, use little milk to get pouring consistency
  9. Chocolate pancakes batter is ready!

Ingredients – Milk Syrup

  • Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup
  • दूध / Milk – 1/2 cup

Making Milk Syrup

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add condensed milk, add milk mix well
  2. The milk syrup is ready!

Ingredients – Fresh cream topping

  • Heavy cream – 1/2 cup

Instruction – Fresh cream topping

  1. Take A bowl, add heavy cream, adding sugar is optional
  2. Whip to make it light and fluffy

Making pancakes

  1. Take a pan, heat on low, grease with butter
  2. WhitePancake: Pour about 1/4 cup white batter, create desire design with chocolate batter on top
    Chocolate Pancake: Pour about 1/4 cup chocolate batter, create desire design with white batter on top
    Zebra Pancake: Pour 1 tbsp white batter, add 1 tbsp chocolate batter in middle, repeat with alternate batters to get nice zebra pattern
  3. Cook till pores starts to show, then flip pancake
  4. Cook other side for 45 sec
  5. Pancake is ready!

Tips

  1. Grind oats fine to make powder
  2. Total 1 cup milk is used to make both batters
  3. You can use maple syrup or honey as other syrup alternatives
  4. Oats powder can be replaced with chapati / maida flour

How to serve

  1. Take serving plate, place 1-2 pancakes, pour little Milk syrup on top, top with fresh cream topping, and berries of your choice
  2. Top with blueberries / raspberries while serving
