Ingredients – Rabadi
- केसर / Kesar – a pinch
- दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 4 tbsp
- मैदा / White flour – 2 tbsp
- दूध / Milk – 1.2 ltr
- कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup
- वेलदोडा / इलायची / Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
- िमश्र भाजलेले मेवा / िमश्र भुना हुआ मेवा / Roasted mixed nuts – 2 tbsp
Ingredients – Rabadi
- Add 2 tbsp warm milk to kesar, mix well, set aside
- Now take milk powder in a bowl, add white flour, add 1/4 cup milk, mix well, avoid all lumps, set aside
- Take pan, add a splash of water, Add 1 liter milk, bring to boil
- Reduce heat to low, stir occasionally, move the cream to sides
- Cook for 15 min on low heat
- Add milk powder mix, mix well, avoid lumps
- Add condensed milk, mix well
- Scrape sides and mix well
- Add cardamom powder, mix well
- Rabadi is ready, refrigerate
Ingredients – Bread sweet
- साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 cup
- वेलदोडा / इलायची / Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
- िलम्बू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- पांढरी ब्रेड / सफ़ेद ब्रेड / White bread
- तेल / Oil for frying
- िमश्र भाजलेले मेवा / िमश्र भुना हुआ मेवा / Roasted mixed nuts – 2 tbsp
Ingredients – Bread sweet
- Heat a pan, add sugar, add 1 cup water, mix well
- Cook till syrup gets sticky, turn off heat
- Add cardamom powder, mix well, set aside
- Now take bread slices, cut off edges, cut bread slice in round, then cut a hole in center
- Press inside of bread to give it bowl like shape, repeat for all breads
- Heat oil for frying, add breads slices to, fry on both sides until golden
How to serve
- Place fried / baked bread slice in plate,
- Pour hot syrup on bread
- Add rabadi over bread
- Garnish with nuts, kesar
- Ready to serve!
