IngredientsRabadi

  • केसर / Kesar – a pinch
  • दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 4 tbsp
  • मैदा / White flour – 2 tbsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1.2 ltr
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup
  • वेलदोडा / इलायची / Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  • िमश्र भाजलेले मेवा / िमश्र भुना हुआ मेवा / Roasted mixed nuts – 2 tbsp

  1. Add 2 tbsp warm milk to kesar, mix well, set aside
  2. Now take milk powder in a bowl, add white flour, add 1/4 cup milk, mix well, avoid all lumps, set aside
  3. Take pan, add a splash of water, Add 1 liter milk, bring to boil
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir occasionally, move the cream to sides
  5. Cook for 15 min on low heat
  6. Add milk powder mix, mix well, avoid lumps
  7. Add condensed milk, mix well
  8. Scrape sides and mix well
  9. Add cardamom powder, mix well
  10. Rabadi is ready, refrigerate

Ingredients Bread sweet

  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 cup
  • वेलदोडा / इलायची / Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  • िलम्बू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
  • पांढरी ब्रेड / सफ़ेद ब्रेड / White bread
  • तेल / Oil for frying
  • िमश्र भाजलेले मेवा / िमश्र भुना हुआ मेवा / Roasted mixed nuts – 2 tbsp

IngredientsBread sweet

  1. Heat a pan, add sugar, add 1 cup water, mix well
  2. Cook till syrup gets sticky, turn off heat
  3. Add cardamom powder, mix well, set aside
  4. Now take bread slices, cut off edges, cut bread slice in round, then cut a hole in center
  5. Press inside of bread to give it bowl like shape, repeat for all breads
  6. Heat oil for frying, add breads slices to, fry on both sides until golden

How to serve

  • Place fried / baked bread slice in plate,
  • Pour hot syrup on bread
  • Add rabadi over bread
  • Garnish with nuts, kesar
  • Ready to serve!

  1. Airfrying bread is healthier alternative to frying
  2. Pour hot syrup on bread
  3. Assemble just before serving
  4. Good party desert
  5. Store rabadi in refrigerator
