Ingredients
- टमाटा / टमाटर / Tomato – 2
- लाल मिरची / लाल मिर्च / Red dry chili – 4-5
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic – 2-3
- कोथंबीर / धनिया पत्ता / Coriander leaves
- तळलेला कांदा / तलाहुआ प्याज / Fried Onion – 2 tbsp
- शेंगदाणे / मूंगफल्ली / Peanut powder – 1 tbsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – per taste
- साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1 tsp
Cooking
- Boil tomatoes till soft, remove tomatoes let it cool down
- Add dry red chilis to hot water and let ti soak for 10 min
- Once cooled, peel tomato skin, cut in to pieces
- Add garlic, coriander leaves, fired onion, peanut powder, salt, sugar, mix well
- Grind to paste, and ready to serve
- Garnish with coriander
Tips
- Make fine paste to get nice thick chutney
- Use kashmiri chili with regular spicy chili to nice color and flavor
How to serve
- Serve with bhaji, samosas, kachoris, any snack
