  • काजू / Cashew -16
  • दूध पावडर / Milk powder – 1/4 cup
  • दूध / Milk – 1/4 cup
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • हेवी क्रीम / Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • कंडेन्सड दूध / Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
  • सीताफळाचा गर / सीताफल मगज / Custard Apple Pulp – 1.5 cups


  1. Soak cashew for 2-3 hours
  2. Grind cashew to fine smooth paste
  3. In a bowl take grind cashew paste, add milk, sugar, mix well, make sure to break all lumps
  4. Cook the mixture on medium till it is thick, stir continuously to avoid sticking and burning
  5. Once cooked turn off heat, transfer the mixture to bowl and let it cool down completely
  6. In another bowl, take heavy cream, whip till it is light and fluffy, hand whipping takes 5-6 min. whipping machine would same some time
  7. Now add cooked mixture, mix well gently
  8. Add condensed milk, mix well
  9. Add custard apple pulp, mix well
  10. Ice cream is ready to set, transfer to airtight container freeze for 7-8 hours
  11. Serve chilled, enjoy soothing Sitafal/ Custard Apple Ice-cream!

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!


  1. I used store bought custard apple pulp
  2. If you dont have machine, hand whipping is an option
  3. Use super chilled bowl and heavy cream to reduce whipping time and efforts
  4. As per choice, add more condensed milk to increase sweetness
  5. Custard Apple Icecream is creamy and soothing!
