Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream

  • Fresh Strawberries – 15-16
  • Fresh cream – 1 cups
  • Condensed Milk -1/2 cup
  • Strawberry essence – 1/2 tsp
  • Red color – 1 drop


  1. Take fresh strawberries, wash, remove stems, cut in pieces.
  2. Grind cut strawberries to make puree
  3. Take fresh cream in a bowl, whip on low speed until light and fluffy
  4. Add condensed milk, whip to mix well
  5. Add 1/3 cup strawberry puree, a drop of red color, and strawberry essence, mix well
  6. Add about 2-3 tbsp cut strawberries, mix well
  7. Take a container with air tight lid, transfer fresh ice cream mixture to this container, level it
  8. Close the lid and put in freezer overnight
  9. After freezing you would get nice flavorful, soft strawberry ice-cream

How to serve

  1. Serve chilled!


  1. Readymade whipped cream can also be used
  2. Strawberry essence help enhance the flavors
  3. Hand whipping cream is also an option, but takes longer to get frothy consistency
  4. As per choice, add more condensed milk to increase sweetness
  5. Fresh ice cream option, goes well with short cakes, strawberry shakes
