Ingredients – Strawberry Ice cream
- Fresh Strawberries – 15-16
- Fresh cream – 1 cups
- Condensed Milk -1/2 cup
- Strawberry essence – 1/2 tsp
- Red color – 1 drop
Instructions
- Take fresh strawberries, wash, remove stems, cut in pieces.
- Grind cut strawberries to make puree
- Take fresh cream in a bowl, whip on low speed until light and fluffy
- Add condensed milk, whip to mix well
- Add 1/3 cup strawberry puree, a drop of red color, and strawberry essence, mix well
- Add about 2-3 tbsp cut strawberries, mix well
- Take a container with air tight lid, transfer fresh ice cream mixture to this container, level it
- Close the lid and put in freezer overnight
- After freezing you would get nice flavorful, soft strawberry ice-cream
How to serve
- Serve chilled!
Tips
- Readymade whipped cream can also be used
- Strawberry essence help enhance the flavors
- Hand whipping cream is also an option, but takes longer to get frothy consistency
- As per choice, add more condensed milk to increase sweetness
- Fresh ice cream option, goes well with short cakes, strawberry shakes
