Ingredients – Brownie

  • Chocolate chip – 1/2 cup
  • Butter – 1/2 cup
  • साखर / शक्कर / Sugar – 3/4 cup
  • मैदा / Maida / White flour – 1 cup
  • बेकिंग सोडा / Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/8 tsp
  • कोको / Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • दूध / Milk – 1/4 cup

Making Brownie

  1. Take a bowl, add chocolate chip
  2. Melt butter and pour in the chocolate chip, mix well with chocolate chip. The chocolate chip should melt
  3. Now add sugar, mix well till sugar melts completely
  4. Sieve white flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt cocoa powder together and add to melted chocolate mixture, mix well
  5. Add little milk at a time to batter and mix, repeat again.
  6. Take 2 identical baking trays, grease trays, add parchment paper
  7. Now pour batter in both the trays equally, spread evenly, cover with another sheet of parchment paper
  8. Bake brownie at 350° F / 180 °C for 15 min
  9. Check brownies after 15 min with toothpick, if needed bake 2-3 more min
  10. Once done remove and cool down completely

Ingredients – Brownie sandwich

  • Baked brownie sheets – 2
  • Vanilla ice-cream
  • शेंगदाने / मूंगफल्ली / Peanuts roasted and crushed 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips – 1.5 cups

Instruction – Brownie Sandwich

  1. Remove parchment top parchment paper, add ice cream on top, spread ice cream evenly
  2. Add another sheet of brownie sheet on top on icecream
  3. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate again for 5-6 hours
  1. Cut refrigerated brownies sandwich sheets to desired shape
  2. Melt chocolate chips, dip brownie sandwiches halfway in melted chocolates, sprinkle roasted crushed peanuts on top
  1. Refrigerate again
  2. Yummy brownie sandwiches are ready

Tips

  1. Check brownie with toothpick after 15 min of baking, if needed bake for additional 3-2 min
  2. Microwave only 30 sec at a time while melting chocolate, stir and repeat as needed
  3. You can also melt chocolate with double boiler method
  4. Refrigerate again, if ice-cream starts to melts while working on sandwiches

How to serve

  1. Refrigerate before serving
