Ingredients – Paneer filling
- दही / Hung Curd – 1/4 cup
- अदरक / Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic paste -1/2 tsp
- लिंबू / नींबू / Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – 1/2 tsp
- तिखट / लाल मिर्च/ Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- गरम मसाला / Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- जीरेपूड / जीरा / Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- धने / धनिया / Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red food color – 1 drop (optional)
- Cream – 1 tbsp
- Paneer slices- 2
- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
Making – Paneer filling
- Take a mixing bowl, add curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, lime juice, salt, chili powder, Garam Masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well
- Add red food color (optional), mix well
- Add cream, mix well, paneer marination is ready
- Take Paneer slices, apply marination all over paneer slices
- Heat pan on medium, add oil
- Add marinated paneer to pan, cook for 2 min on each side
- Set aside paneer slices
Ingredients – Crispy Potato slices
- Bread crumbs – 1 cup
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
- मीरे पूड / काली मिर्च / Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Corn starch – 4 tbsp
- बटाटा / आलू / Potato – 1 large
- तेल / Oil – 1 tbsp
Making – Crispy Potato slices
- Take mixing bowl, add bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, mix well
- Take another small bowl, add corn starch, add little water to make thin slurry
- Peel potatoes, cut in thick slices
- Now dip potato slices in corn starch slurry, then coat with bread crumbs throughly, repeat again to nice coat over potato slices
- Heat oil in frying pan on medium, add coated potato slices, cook till potato is soft and outer layer is crispy
- Repeat for all potato slices

- Paneer coated and fried
- Crispy potato slices
- Green sandwich chutney
- Cheese slices
- Sliced onion
- Lettuce
Making – Crispy Potato slices
- Apply chutney to 1 slice of crispy potato
- Place paneer slice over the potato
- Add cheese, onion, lettuce to your liking
- Drizzle green cut hey again
- Place another crispy potato slice on top
- Now insert toothpicks through all the layers at several places and cut the the sandwich in bite size pieces
- Enjoy Crispy potato paneer sandwich bites

Tips
- Cut potato in thick slices so that it wont break
- Baking is alternative to shallow-frying
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce works too
