Ingredients – Soup
- बटर / Butter – 1 tsp
- मैदा / Maida flour – 2 tbsp
- लसुन / लेहसुन / Garlic cut – 8-10 cloves
- कांदा / प्याज / Onion – 1 chopped
- मशरुम / Mushroom sliced – 500 gms
- लिंबू/ नींबू / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- दूध / Milk -1/2 cup
- मीरे / काली मिर्च / Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- ऑरेगैनो / Oragano – 1/4 tsp
- मीठ / नमक / Salt – as per taste
Instruction – Soup
- Heat pan on low, add butter, let it melt
- Add Maida flour, sauté 2-3 min
- Add chopped garlic, sauté for 1 min,
- Add onion, and cook till it is soft
- Add mushroom to pan, add lime juice mix well, sauté till mushroom is cooked and soft
- Add little water and simmer for 2 min, turn off heat, let it cool down
- Grind cooked mushroom to fine puree
- Take a pan, heat on low-med, add mushroom puree, add 1-2 cups water, mix well
- Add milk mix well
- Add pepper powder, oregano, salt to taste, mix well.
- Simmer for 2-3 min, soup is ready!
Tips
- If desired keep some cooked mushroom pieces aside, you can add them later to the soup
- This soup tastes delicious even without cream, if desired you can add cream
- Cook mushroom completely before grinding to get nice taste and color
