Ingredients
- Gooseberry – 6-7
- गूळ / गुड़/ Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- मीठ/ नमक/ Salt – to taste
- काळ मीठ/ काला नमक/ Pink Salt – 1/2 tsp
- जीरेपूड/ जीरा पावडर / Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- िलम्बू रस/ नींबू रस / Lime juice – 1 tsp
- अद्रक रस / अदरक रस/ Ginger juice- 1/4 tsp
Making Drink
- Cut gooseberry in small pieces, discard seed
- Grind gooseberry to fine paste, use little water to help with grinding
- Strain gooseberry pulp, rinse the pulp with 2 cups water, strain completely
- in the strained water, add pink salt, cumin powder, lime juice, jaggery, mix well
- Thirst quenching sharbat is ready!

- Use raw mango
- Adjust sugar to your liking
- Few ginger juice drops can be added
